[WGNC] notable graves update

Hi all,
I have added the new texts to the list of notable graves. I decided to
keep the longer text for James Brown - I don't think there is a need to
have a stub text. It just makes reading more complicated. I have also
added some obvious web links. I think it would be good to add some more
links to external web pages.

Next, I will work on using tags to organise the list of noteable
graves.
