[WGNC] WIP cemetery map

Hi all,
I've been playing with qgis and the open street map data to produce a
map of Newington Cemetery. qgis is a geo-information system that can
handle all sorts of data sets and produce maps. It is quite straight
forward to update the data sources, for example if we add some more
paths. We can also add extra layers. In the example map I have added
the locations of the notable graves. So, we could have other data sets,
either polygons or points. It might be worth asking the council if they
have a dataset with the sections. We might also want to collect tree
locations, or whatever else we can think of. 

I have produced a simple black and white map. Again, it would be easy
to add other features or change the mask to include more of the
surrounding area.

Anyway, this is a starting point. We can now easily add to it.
